Measuring Time was a conceptual dinner collaboration developed with chef Lance Nitihara for an artist residency with the Chelsea Music Festival. We use the narrative structure of the dinner performance to explore how time is measured in food preservation, in an animal's lifespan, and in Earth's seasons.
